Kara Nelson is a 98-year-old Waiheke woman who has written a story of her life, which she initially intended to be for her family to read. However, it's too good not to share more widely.
Kara has so many good stories to tell, from her early days in Britain, to teaching music in Canada, to coming to NZ, and eventually coming to Waiheke Island.
She joined Greg Treadwell on Island Life on Sat 24 March 2018.
She has a Give A Little fundraiser to fund the publishing of her book https://givealittle.co.nz/cause/kara-nelsons-story-will-make-you-laugh-and-cry
